Shipping

We ship worldwide except the European Union and countries on our restricted list (destinations Israel Post cannot serve). Restricted destinations are blocked at checkout.

Shipping to Europe is not available due to the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). That regulation requires producers who place packaging on the EU market to register and meet packaging obligations we are not set up for.

Shipping is calculated from destination and parcel weight and shown before you pay. After payment we pack the order and create a label manually (typically via Israel Post). You receive a tracking link by email once the order is marked shipped. Handmade pieces may need a short preparation time before dispatch.

Orders to the United States include an estimated customs fee at checkout so you typically will not be asked for US import duty on delivery. For other international destinations we ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU): any import VAT, customs duties, or carrier brokerage fees in your country are your responsibility.
